The Nasdaq led the rally among Wall Street's main indexes as major rate-sensitive technology and growth stocks advanced after the Federal Reserve hinted it was close to pausing interest rate hikes amid turbulence in the banking sector.Microsoft Corp (MSFT.O) and Amazon.com Inc (AMZN.O) gained around 2% each on Thursday.

The VND overnight interbank interest rate has dropped to an 8-month low, while the USD interbank overnight interest rate has remained quite stable. This caused the interest rate swap to turn negative state. However, unlike the previous period, the interest rates swap in negative state did not put pressure on the exchange rate because the supply of USD was abundant.
