Margin interest free for 7 days for customers opening new margin accounts

From April 6^th, 2023 to May 19^th, 2023, Pinetree Securities officially launched a 7-day margin-free program for customers opening new margin accounts. From the 8^th day, cstomers will be applied a fixed interest rate of 9.9%.

Details about 7-day Margin Interest Free Promotion:

1. Promotion period: From April 6^th, 2023 to the end of May 19^th, 2023

2. Objects:

– Customer successfully opened a new Margin account at Pinetree during the Promotion Period.

– Existing customers who already have a normal account and successfully opened a new Margin account at Pinetree during the Promotion Period.

3. Conditions of application:

Customers participating in the program must meet the following conditions:

– Customer’s margin account is successfully opened at Pinetree during the Promotion Period.

– Customer’s margin loan must arise during the Promotion Period, there is no limit on the number of loans; and

– The maximum total value of margin loan which is free of interest is 01 billion VND/customer.

4. Program content:

Customers who meet the above conditions will enjoy:

– Interest rate is 0%/year for 07 days (including Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) from the first day the customer incurs a Margin loan balance under the promotion program, applicable to the Margin loan value from 1 billion VND or less.

– From the 8^th day onwards and/or for the Margin loan value exceeding VND 01 billion, customers will be applied the Margin loan interest rate of 9.9%/year according to Pinetree’s current interest rate policy.

5. Other provisions:

– The limit of the program is 200 billion VND. The program may end before the deadline when this limit is disbursed.

– The program only applies to the Margin loan service, not to the pre-sale service.

– Order of priority for disbursement: 1- Advance payment, 2- Borrow Margin.
