US stocks fell on Thursday (April 20) as Wall Street reacted to many negative business results reports. Tesla posted a more than 20% drop in net income year-over-year. Tesla stocks fell nearly 10%. Nvidia, Microsoft, Meta Platforms and Apple stocks also decreased.
