After yesterday's sharp decline, this morning the stock market opened in a cautious mood when VNIndex fell below the reference level. However, after that, the index regained what it had lost as towards the end of the session, the upward momentum expanded further.

Asian stock markets fluctuated mixed today (September 12). Japan's Nikie 225 index rose the best in the region when tightening signals from the Bank of Japan caused the market to consider ending negative interest rates. Hong Kong's Hang Seng index fell 0.39% as the largest stock, Alibaba, fell 1.8% when the head of the company's cloud division suddenly quit this week.

Total State Budget revenue for 8 months of 2023 managed by the Tax agency is estimated to reach VND962,097 billion, equal to 70.1% of the ordinance estimate, equal to 93.9% over the same period. The tax authority has refunded value added tax (VAT) with a total refund amount of VND87,191 billion.
