Notice: Policy on periodic password reset

Dear Valued Customer,

In order to increase security and ensure the safety for customers’ securities trading accounts, Pinetree Securities Corporation would like respectfully announces an update to the security policy on periodic login password reset every 6 months. Customers will receive notifications from Pinetree when the login password is due for periodic of changes.

Please follow rules below when setting your password:

1. Minimum password length is 8 characters, containing at least one letter, one number and one special character.
2. The new password is not the same as the previous password.
3. The password should not be easy to guess, and should not include your personal information (such as phone number, ID number, stock account number, date of birth…)
