HPG: On September 4, the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) issued its final conclusion on the investigation into the application of anti-dumping measures on steel wire products originating or exported from China, Egypt and Vietnam. Accordingly, two subsidiaries of HPG, Hoa Phat Dung Quat Steel and Hoa Phat Hai Duong Steel, were named in the list with dumping margins of 17.7% and 13.5%, respectively.
