VNINIndex fell amid China's loosening of monetary and fiscal policies. Vingroup stocks were the main cause of the market's decline with VIC -1.6%, VHM -1.2%, VRE -0.8%. Steel stocks were filled with green with HPG +0.9%, TVN +5.3%, TLH +2.4%, after Hoa Phat officially opened a 300-ton furnace at the Dung Quat 2 project worth VND85,000 billion.
