BID: BIDV Bank has just announced information about changing the total number of shares to nearly 6.9 billion shares, after the 2022 dividend issuance at a rate of 21%. Specifically, the bank has issued nearly 1.2 billion additional shares, equivalent to nearly VND11,971 billion in charter capital. After the above change, BIDV's total charter capital has increased from VND57,004 billion to more than VND68,975 billion.
