Asian markets were mixed on bonds. Chinese stocks led the declines as the 10-year government bond yield fell to 2.07%, a low not seen since 2002. The People's Bank of China (PBoC) is expected to cut interest rates this year from the current 1.5%, and the country is also expected to issue ultra-long-term bonds next year.
