ACB: Asia Commercial Bank has announced a resolution on the plan for the first private bond issuance in 2025. Accordingly, the bank will issue up to VND20 trillion in non-convertible bonds without warrants, unsecured, and not classified as subordinated debt. The bonds will have a 5-year term, with a face value of 100 million VND/bond.
