Asian stock markets were mixed on March 24 as the White House prepared to impose tariffs on key trading partners next week, raising concerns about a potential blow to the global economy. In Tokyo, the Nikkei 225 remained flat at 37,608.49 points. Meanwhile, in Shanghai, the Shanghai Composite rose 0.15% to 3,370 points, and in Hong Kong, the Hang Seng Index climbed 0.91% to 23,905.57 points.

On the morning of March 24, the central exchange rate of VND against the USD, as announced by the State Bank, rose to VND24,831, an increase of VND18 compared to the end of last week. The selling price of the USD by the State Bank remained at VND26,003 - the highest level ever recorded.
