Asian markets were mixed today as investors assessed U.S. President Donald Trump’s tariff threats. The Hang Seng Index dropped over 2%, driven mainly by tech stocks, with Xiaomi plunging more than 6% at one point. Notably, Samsung shares fell over 1% following news that the company’s Vice Chairman and CEO, Han Jong-Hee, passed away due to heart attack.
