VCB: Vietcombank has announced a change in the number of outstanding voting shares, increasing from 5.589 billion to nearly 8.356 billion after issuing 2.767 billion shares as dividends. This makes Vietcombank the first listed company in Vietnam to surpass 8 billion outstanding shares. At the same time, its charter capital has risen from VND55.891 trillion to VND83.557 trillion, making it the largest bank in Vietnam by charter capital.
