VN-Index ended the session in red, with liquidity decreasing compared to the previous session, showing that sellers dominated the market. STB shares +4.9% as the bank announced its plan to pay stock dividends after 10 years of not paying.

Domestic exchange rates increased in the first session of the week. Specifically, the State Bank increased the central exchange rate to 24,907 VND/USD. In the open market, the State Bank pumped out more than VND20,000 billion in today's session, focusing on 7-day and 21-day terms.
