Pinetree ready to operate KRX system in alignment with market transition

Pinetree Securities Corporation (“Pinetree”) is pleased to announce that we have successfully completed all necessary preparations and are fully ready to operate the new information technology system (KRX), in accordance with the implementation roadmap set forth by the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange.

This strategic transition marks a significant milestone in the modernization of Vietnam’s stock market infrastructure and reinforces Pinetree’s commitment to staying at the forefront of industry advancements.

Implementation Timeline:

• System transition period: April 30, 2025 – May 4, 2025
• Official go-live date: Monday, May 5, 2025

Important notes:

• The system is available to receive trading orders for the trading day of 05/05/2025 from 18:00 on 04/05/2025
• During the system transition period, customers can still log in to Pinetree’s online trading platforms to check their accounts, make advance sales and deposit/withdraw money.
• For conditional orders: The newly put into operation KRX system may encounter some unexpected technical problems, affecting the execution/activation of conditional orders (such as trend orders, take profit, stop loss…). Please closely to follow up the market and proactively handle when necessary.
