HPG: Hoa Phat Group (HPG) addressed reports of a blast furnace fire at the Dung Quat plant. Company leadership clarified that the incident was a typical gas water leak that occurred last Thursday. The cause was a defect in a part of the refractory bricks, which needs repair. The incident caused no serious damage, and the furnace is expected to resume normal operations after one to two weeks of repair work.
