VNIndex unexpectedly plunged at the end of the session before the Fed meeting taking place tonight as well as the derivatives expiration taking place tomorrow. Vingroup, technology and telecommunications stocks had quite positive developments. On the contrary, almost all industry groups were submerged in red.
