Asian stock markets were awash with green today, mainly thanks to the rebound of Technology stocks following Wall Street’s recovery. Notably, Japan’s Nikkei index jumped more than 2.6% to 49,823.94 points, despite the 10-year government bond yield rising 3.6 basis points to 1.799%, the highest level since 2008.

HDB: Ho Chi Minh City Development Commercial Joint Stock Bank (HDBank - Ticker: HDB) has just announced a Board of Directors’ resolution on increasing charter capital by a maximum of over VND 11,578 billion. Accordingly, the bank will issue nearly 1.158 billion shares to pay the 2024 dividend and distribute bonus shares from owners’ equity, equivalent to 30% of total outstanding shares.
