Asia-Pacific markets mainly rose positively in today's session with the Kospi index in South Korea leading the way with an increase of 0.98%. However, the notable highlight was the sharp decline for the 2nd consecutive session of the Indonesian stock market after index provider MSCI warned of problems related to ownership structure and transparency in trading, causing Goldman Sachs to downgrade the rating for the country's stocks.

Today, spot gold prices in the world market soared, almost reaching a new historical peak of 5,600 USD/ounce. Domestically, major gold trading brands simultaneously adjusted to increase the listing tariff. Specifically, units such as SJC, DOJI, PNJ and Bao Tin Minh Chau have raised the buying price by 6.6 million VND/ton and the selling price by 7.1 million VND/oz. Thereby, the price of domestic gold bars reached 191.3 million VND/oz.
