The stock market continued to plunge to the bottom when VNIndex fell more than 40 points. Oil and gas is still a rare industry to record a green color in today's session. In the opposite direction, most industry groups declined and the most negative were telecommunications, real estate and technology, respectively.

Asian markets rebounded sharply late on Friday, after Wall Street fell overnight on concerns about energy supplies. In South Korea, the Kospi index reversed and ended the session slightly higher, after recording its best trading session since 2008 in the previous session. Shares of defense group LIG Nex1 rose more than 9%, after South Korean media reported that the company's air defense system was used to successfully intercept Iranian missiles launched into the United Arab Emirates.

The price of gold bars and gold rings simultaneously plunged compared to yesterday. Currently, the price of SJC gold bars in the country is listed at 180.8 - 183.8 million VND/ton, respectively (buying - selling), down 900,000 VND/ton in both buying and selling directions compared to yesterday.
