Asian stocks continued a downward session as oil prices soared again after the remarks of Iran's new supreme leader about the closure of the Strait of Hormuz. Among notable stocks, Honda Motor shares plummeted by more than 6%, a factor dragging the Nikkei index down sharply after the automaker forecast its first annual loss in nearly 70 years.
