Asian markets fell on Thursday, reversing earlier gains, as oil prices soared after U.S. President Donald Trump's nationwide speech on the war with Iran. Trump has previously said he is ready to end the U.S. military campaign against Iran even if the Strait of Hormuz remains closed, a diametrically opposed statement this morning that prompted soaring oil prices and red stock indexes.
