Asian stocks were on fire across the board. South Korea and Japan were the two markets that fell the most as the sell-off in technology and semiconductor stocks returned. In Japan, SoftBank shares fell sharply after the news that OpenAI may delay its listing plan until 2027, while the group of suppliers of components to Apple in Asia was simultaneously sold strongly. China's Shanghai Composite Index and Hong Kong's Hang Seng were also in the red following the region's overall momentum.

Hoa Phat has just announced its capital contribution to establish Song Hau Offshore Wind Power Joint Stock Company, an enterprise operating in the field of renewable energy production including wind power and solar power, with a charter capital of VND 2,000 billion, of which Hoa Phat contributes VND 600 billion, equivalent to 30% of the capital. Although details of the new company's platform project have not yet been announced.
