JOB PURPOSE

  • Be in charge of accounting operations, including internal accounting and transaction accounting.

CRITICAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Support direct management in followings

  • Perform transaction and internal accounting activities as assigned.
  • Work with related departments to handle the transaction and internal accounting activities.

2. Be in charge of followings

  • Perform fast, accurate transactions of deposit and withdrawal of customers on the trading system and accounting software.
  • Continuous check and compare data on banks and the Core system.
  • Collect, manage, and store customer transaction documents and banking.
  • Make reports on the situation of daily transactions, deposits and withdrawals of customers.
  • Check the correctness of the content on the payment request and recognise it in the accounting software
  • Prepare the procedure related to loans, bonds and recognitions in the accounting software.
  • Work with banks and the tax dept on related issues.

3. Other tasks as assigned

  • Complete operations accurately and carefully.
  • Do filling and make related reports as required.

1. REQUIREMENTS

  • Graduated from university, majoring in accounting.
  • Experience in the securities industry.

2. Professional Knowledge

  • Knowledge of accounting in securities and financial companies.

3. Relevant Experience

  • At least 02 years of working experience in a similar position in securities, investment, and finance companies, having knowledge in derivatives, covered warrants, and IFRS is preferred.

4. Required Competencies

  • Proficient in MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PPT) and Accounting software (Bravo is preferred).      
  • English skills: basic communication.
  • Good summary & data analysis skills.
