After the transaction, his share holdings decreased from 3.5 million units to about 1.5 million units, equivalent to a decrease in ownership to 0.11% of charter capital. Notably, the purpose of the announced transaction is to participate in the IPO of Dien May Xanh Investment Joint Stock Company (DMX).
