The Asian region this morning was negative except for China. Hong Kong's Hang Seng fell the most by 1.27% to 25,006 points, followed by South Korea's KOSPI down 0.53% to 8,185 points and Japan's Nikkei 225 down 0.47% to 64,693 points. China's Shanghai Composite alone rose slightly by 0.12% to 4,098 points on expectations of additional financial support packages from Beijing.

The Ministry of Industry and Trade announced a deep decrease from 15:00 pm on May 28, this is the sharpest decline in recent months. Specifically, E5RON92 gasoline decreased by 1,082 VND or 4.45% to 23,258 VND per liter, RON95-III gasoline decreased the deepest by 1,395 VND or 5.46% to 24,154 VND per liter.
