The State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) has just announced the Draft Amendment to Circular 22 issued in 2019 regulating the limits and ratios of prudential assurance in the operation of banks and foreign bank branches. The Draft Circular adjusts the ratio of short-term capital used for medium- and long-term loans of credit institutions to a maximum of 40% from the current 30%.
