JOB PURPOSE
- Maintain the Company’s liquidity, manage cash flow, and ensure the safe and efficient management and utilization of the Company’s capital;
- Manage and enhance the efficiency of capital resource utilization;
- Meet the capital needs for the Company’s business activities.
CRITICAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Manage capital resources and liquidity for the Company’s business:
- Directly work with Credit Institutions (domestic and foreign) to build, maintain and increase the Company’s credit limit, negotiate interest rates and related conditions;
- Carrying out activities of borrowing and depositing capital with other credit institutions and financial institutions in order to optimize the use of capital;
- Monitor daily fluctuations of business capital needs (investment, margin, advance…) to ensure liquidity;
- Balance cash flow for unexpected capital needs of other business departments in the Company;
- Propose solutions to reduce capital costs and diversify sources of capital mobilization of the Company;
- Design, build, and directly implement the process of issuing/offering financial products to raise capital for the Company for business activities.
- Build and manage capital costs for each business division.
- Other jobs as assigned by the manager/Company.

REQUIREMENTS
1. Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics, Finance, Banking, or Securities.
- International certifications in financial analysis or investment, such as CFA, CPA, or ACCA, are preferred.
2. Professional Knowledge
- Experience in capital sourcing and trading in negotiable instruments.
3. Relevant Experience
- At least 5 years of experience in Financial Institutions (FI), credit facilities for financial institutions, treasury management, liquidity management, debt management, or investment in valuable papers at financial institutions such as banks and securities companies
- Established working relationships with credit institutions.
- Experience working with departments responsible for setting credit limits for securities companies.
4. Required Competencies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proficient in English communication.
- Good time management skills.
- High sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure.
- Agile and flexible in handling work-related situations.
- Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Honest and compliant with the Company’s policies, regulations, and applicable laws.
