JOB PURPOSE

  • Research financial products on the domestic and international stock markets, learn about government policies on products, and then evaluate the feasibility of product development.
  • Generate ideas and write proposals for new financial products and coordinate with related departments for deployment; simultaneously upgrade current products to contribute to achieving the company’s common objectives.

CRITICAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Conduct comprehensive research on financial products to ideate new product concepts, develop formal product proposals, and construct corresponding revenue and expense projections.
  • Analyze and provide solutions for the system’s interface, functions, and flow.
  • Develop relevant documents about solutions and products.
  • Coordinate with related departments to control progress and assist in handling requirements arising during construction.
  • Periodically evaluate the product’s effectiveness and build reports to serve the evaluation of product effectiveness.
  • Evaluate current product policies of the company and propose proper new product policies on product price, product fees, and so on.
  • Receiving feedback, promptly giving answers and planning to upgrade or adjust product-related issues during use (customers, sales channels, processes, systems, risks, etc.) juridical…).

OUTCOMES &MEASURES

  • Bring out the financial products that suit the needs of investors and help the Company achieve common objectives.
  • Ensure products comply with the laws and policies of the State.
  • Provide an overview of the system of financial securities products on the market.
  • Identify the position of the Company, on which there are foundations to build a plan for the product service strategy.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Banking and Finance, Law, Auditing, Accounting, or a related field.

2. Professional Knowledges

  • Professional certificate/ Certificate of securities practice owner is preferred.

3. Relevant Experience

  • At least 2 years of experience in the field of Finance or Securities.

4. Required Competencies

  • Ability to communicate in English.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
