Daily Commentary 30/10/2026: Pinetree Research maintains bearish view for the VN-Index next week

We maintain our view that the market will decline next week with short-term target at 1,715-1,725. Corporate bond issuance value in 9M/2026 rose on the back of real estate, while funding costs remain high. Real estate contributed significantly to Vingroup’s profit growth in 9M/2026, while electric vehicles and services continued to expand their operations.
