1. Trung tâm Dịch vụ Khách hàng tại Tầng 20, Tòa nhà TNR, 54 Nguyễn Chí Thanh, Láng Thượng, Đống Đa, Hà Nội, Việt Nam tạm ngừng ‘Giao dịch trực tiếp tại quầy’ từ 8h sáng ngày 21/07/2021 cho tới khi có Thông báo mới.
2. Để đảm bảo phục vụ Khách hàng tốt nhất trong điều kiện dịch bệnh như hiện nay, Pinetree duy trì hoạt động kinh doanh liên tục trên các kênh trực tuyến, cụ thể gồm:
