- U.S. stocks extended their gains on Wednesday, helped by support from banking stocks and stocks related to the economic reopening as U.S. Treasury yields 10-year term increased. Ending the session, the Dow Jones inched up 39.24 points (or 0.1%) to 35,405.50 points. The S&P 500 index gained 0.2% to close a new record high of 4,496.19 points. The Nasdaq Composite added 0.1% to 15,041.90, also notching a new record high.

- The Ministry of Transport (MOT) has just issued Official Dispatch 11/CD-BGTVT implementing Official Dispatch 1082/CD-TTg of the Prime Minister on speeding up the implementation and disbursement of the 2021 public investment capital plan set up a special working group to accelerate the disbursement of public investment capital in the transport sector, with a "special" task to disburse VND 24,000 billion in the last 5 months of the year.
