- FDI activities in Vietnam, statistics in the 8M2021 show that the number of FDI projects newly granted investment certificates is 1,135 projects, much lower than the same period last year. the total number of new FDI projects accounted for about 63.2% over the same period in 2020. However, there are still positive signs for the economy when the total FDI investment capital to August 2021 is 19.12b USD, approximately compared to the same period last year.
