- Foreign investors had a sudden net selling of nearly 1,400 billion dong in the session of October 20. The leading position in net selling value of foreign investors still belongs to HPG with 359 billion dong. After that, 3 real estate stocks, NLG, VIC and VHM were all sold strongly. In which, NLG was net sold 235 billion dong. VIC and VHM are 128 billion dong and 126 billion dong respectively.

- China kept interest rates unchanged, Asian stocks mixed. In Japan, Nikkei fell 0.55%. The Chinese market fell with the Shanghai Composite down 0.17%. Hong Kong's Hang Seng Index rose 0.49%. China today announced to keep the standard loan interest rate (LPR) for 1-year and 5-year terms unchanged at 3.85% and 4.65%, respectively, as expected from the market. South Korea's Kospi index fell 0.53%.

- TPB: has just published a document to collect written shareholders' opinions on the approval of the plan to increase charter capital for the second phase in 2021. Specifically, the bank is expected to issue more than 410 million shares, equivalent to more than 4,100 billion dong to increase share capital from equity. The equivalent issuance rate is 35%. After completing the issuance, the charter capital of TPBank will gradually increase from 11,716 billion VND to more than 15,817 billion VND.
