- Total state budget balance revenue in 2021 is estimated to exceed the estimate. However, many important revenues did not meet or exceed the estimate. Accordingly, if excluding the increase in revenue from land and natural resources, the domestic revenue does not meet the estimate. Along with that, the structure of state budget revenue is still not stable. Central budget revenue shortfall is quite large, about 28,000-29,000 billion.

- TCB: Profit before tax in the first 9 months of the year reached more than VND 17,000 billion, CASA continued to increase strongly. Specifically, at the end of September 2021, customers' demand deposits at Techcombank reached VND 120,464 billion. Margin deposit reached 34,545 billion VND. Accordingly, the rate of CASA at the end of September 2021 was at 49%, significantly increased from 46.1% at the end of June 2021.
