- US stocks rallied on Tuesday (November 16), after strong October retail sales reports and better-than-expected third-quarter results from Home Depot and Walmart showed that US consumers are still is increasing spending even as prices climb. Ending the session, the Dow Jones inched 54.77 points (0.15%) to 36,142.22 points. The S&P 500 added 0.39% to 4,700.90, and the Nasdaq Composite added 0.76% to 15,973.86.

- Vietnam - Israel will sign a free trade agreement in early 2022. In 2020, despite the impact of the COVID-19 epidemic, the total import-export turnover of Vietnam - Israel still reached 1.6 billion USD, up 36.4% compared to 2019. In the first 9 months of 2021, the total bilateral turnover reached 1.3 billion USD, up 14.3% over the same period in 2020.
