US stocks were mixed in volatile trading on Monday (February 28), as investors watched developments on Russia's invasion of Ukraine, including a new round of sanctions from the United States and its allies. Ending the session, the Dow Jones fell 166.15 points (or 0.49%) to 33,892.60 points, but retreated from the session low. The S&P 500 index lost 0.25% to 4,373.79 points. Meanwhile, Nasdaq Composite at the end of the session advanced 0.41% to 13,751.40 points.

According to the General Statistics Office, the total state budget revenue in February 2022 was estimated at 138.5 trillion VND, 45 trillion lower than the statistics of the same period in January. The accumulated total state budget revenue in the first two months of the year reached 323, 8 trillion dong, equivalent to 22.9% of the year estimate and up 10.8% over the same period last year.
