Foreign investors continued to net sell 542 billion dong on HoSE in the 11/3 session. Foreign investors on HoSE were the biggest net buyers of DGC with 54 billion dong. VCB and STB were net bought 47 billion dong and 41 billion dong respectively. MSN was sold the most with 150 billion dong. VND is behind with a net selling value of 123 billion dong. DXG was also net sold more than 70 billion dong.

The Ministry of Transport will disburse an additional 3,500 billion of public investment capital in March. This year, the Ministry of Transport has been assigned a public investment plan of more than VND 50,300 billion by the Prime Minister. As of February, the Ministry of Transport has disbursed VND 2,300 billion, reaching 4.4% of the total plan.
