The Nasdaq Composite Index ended Wednesday's session at its lowest level since early 2022, a day after its worst session since 2020, as US stocks attempted to recover from a sell-off in the US. April with technology stocks leading. At the end of the session, the Nasdaq Composite Index was almost flat at 12,488.93 points, after gaining 1.7% at the peak of the session. The Dow Jones Industrial Average added 61.75 points, or 0.2%, to 33,301.93. The S&P 500 index advanced 0.2% to 4,183.96 points.
