Asian stocks mixed, Japan's economy fell lower than forecast. In Japan, the Nikkei 225 index rose 0.41%. Japan's economy shrank 1% in the first quarter from the previous quarter, according to newly released data. However, this was still lower than Reuters' forecast for a 1.8 percent drop. In China, the Shanghai Composite Index fell 0.25%. Hong Kong's Hang Seng Index rose 0.88%. The Kospi index in South Korea rose 0.21%.

With a margin of +/-3% being applied, the ceiling rate today is 23,834 VND/USD and the floor rate is 22,446 VND/USD. Meanwhile, at commercial banks, the USD price continued to be adjusted up.
