US stocks rallied after US Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell said rate hikes could slow at some point in the future after the Fed just raised interest rates more 0.75%. The Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 436.05 points, or 1.4%, to 32,197.59. The S&P 500 index rose 2.62% to 4,023.61 points. The Nasdaq Composite Index rose 4.06% to 12,032.42 points. The group of stocks leading the increase were Alphabet and Microsoft, which recorded positive results from a number of business segments.

At the investment promotion conference in 2022, the People's Committee of Quang Ninh province awarded the investment certificate for the solar panel production project, implemented by Jinko Solar Vietnam Industrial Co., Ltd. The project of building factories, warehouses and offices is invested by Bac Tien Phong Industrial Development Co., Ltd. The two projects have a total investment of 55.56 million USD and are both located in Quang Yen town.
