VCB: Since the beginning of August, Vietcombank has announced many auctions of real estate in Da Nang, Quang Nam, Quang Ngai and HCMC with prices ranging from VND 10 bil to more than VND 30 bil to recover bad debts. Vietcombank announced the auction of My Khe Resort, of Quang Ngai Tourism Joint Stock Company, with a starting price of VND 30.4 bil. The resort is located on a land plot of nearly 3,700 m2 in Tinh Khe commune, Quang Ngai city. This is a commercial and service land lot with the term of use until October 2042. Assets attached to the above land lot include a 407 m2 single-storey restaurant area, 217 m2 two-storey restaurant area, 405 m2 motel, 19 m2 security house and 85.7 m2 toilet area.
