Asia - Pacific stocks mostly fell in the first session of the week in the context of investors' concerns about the prospect of interest rates in the near future of the US Federal Reserve (Fed). Chinese stocks rebounded after the central bank cut interest rates. The Shanghai Composite Index rose 0.41%. In Hong Kong, the Hang Seng index also narrowed its decline from the beginning of the session, now down 0.08%. Japan's Nikkei 225 index fell 0.46%.

Soc Trang province plans to build a coastal road connecting Tra Vinh and Bac Lieu and connect with the East-West economic development axis. The project will have a scale of grade II traffic works, a total length of over 85km, a design load of 10 tons. The starting point of the project starts from My Thanh 2 bridge connecting to the South Song Hau national highway and runs along the coast of Vinh Chau town, the end of the route connects to the existing road located on Bac Lieu province.

The rate of implementation is 10%, corresponding to each share owned by shareholders to receive 1,000 VND.
