HDB: HDBank has just announced the document of the 2023 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. Regarding the business plan, HDBank sets a target of pre-tax income of VND13,197 billion, up 29% compared to 2022. Planned profit after tax is VND10,558 billion. The bank expects total assets to increase by 25% to VND520,024 billion. Total capital mobilization will increase by 25% to VND459,398 billion. ROE and ROA will improve compared to last year, reaching 24.5% and 2.3%, respectively. The NPL will be controlled under 2%.
