On the 4th of July session, the SBV listed the central exchange rate at 23,804 VND/USD, a slight decrease of 1 VND compared to the previous session. The spot buying rate was kept unchanged at 23,400 VND/USD. The spot selling rate is listed at 24,944 VND/USD, 50 VND lower than the ceiling rate.
