Most Asian stock indexes fell on Tuesday amid lingering concerns about slowing economic growth in China. Hang Seng index is the worst, falling nearly 2.05 after halting trading yesterday due to storm. The Shanghai index dropped 0.37% on news that the PBOC will reduce money injection despite weak growth.

The overnight interbank VND lending rate on July 18 has dropped to 0.56%/year. Despite the deep drop in interest rates, the trading volume on the interbank market remained high at VND200,000 - VND220,000 billion/session, showing the abundance of liquidity of the banking system.
