U.S stocks jump as tech darling Nvidia jumped 8% in trading after the bell, hitting an all-time high after it forecast third-quarter revenue well above Wall Street targets. Santa-Clara, California-based Nvidia forecast third-quarter revenue of about USD16 billion, plus or minus 2%, and said it will buy back USD25 billion more of its shares.

The USD exchange rate has increased sharply in recent days. On August 23 session, the SBV listed the central exchange rate at 23,898 VND/USD, increasing again by VND12 compared to the previous session. In the interbank market, the exchange rate closed at 23,990 VND/USD, continued to increase strongly by VND65 compared to the previous session.
