The stock market fluctuated, with increases and decreases alternating throughout most of the trading session, but gradually at the end of the session, stocks continued to be sold strongly, and the number of stocks falling to the floor also increased rapidly. Asian stock markets fell sharply on Tuesday. South Korea's KOSPI index lost 1.31% due to losses at chipmakers. While a decline in major technology stocks also dragged Japan's Nikkei 225 index down 1.11%. China's Shenzhen and Shanghai Composite indexes fell about 0.6% and 0.43%, respectively, while Hong Kong's Hang Seng index lost 1.48%. All three indexes have fallen sharply in recent sessions, amid fears of a broader downturn in China's real estate market.

The State Bank increased the intensity of attracting money through T-bill in the session on September 26. As a result, 9/11 participating members won the bid with a total volume of VND20,000 billion, interest rate of 0.58% - higher than yesterday's session (0.49%).
