Most Asian stocks were mixed on concerns about the spillover effects of the Israel-Hamas war, but positive data showing China's economy growing more than expected pulled back markets. Chinese government data showed the GDP grew 4.9% in the third quarter, higher than expectations for 4.4% growth. But this was weaker than the 6.3% growth in the previous quarter.
