Asian stocks were mixed today as investors focused on Fed Chairman Jerome Powell's speech for further signals on interest rate policy in the near future. Mixed economic data from China also made investors cautious when HSBC China's PMI showed that manufacturing activity unexpectedly recovered in November, in stark contrast to the figure issued by the Chinese Government.
